By placing an order on The Pawsonality (thepawsonality.com), you agree to these terms.

Products & Custom Orders

All products feature AI-generated pet portraits created from photos you upload.
You will be shown a preview of the generated portrait for approval before production begins.
Once you approve the design, production cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to reject photos that are inappropriate, offensive, or not of animals.

Photo Upload Requirements

You must own the rights to photos you upload or have permission from the owner.
Photos should be clear, well-lit, and show your pet's face prominently.
We are not responsible for low-quality results from blurry or dark photos.

Intellectual Property

The AI-generated portrait design is owned by The Pawsonality.
You receive a personal-use license for the portrait on your purchased product.
You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use the portrait design.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
We accept payments via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards).
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

The Pawsonality is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
