By placing an order on The Pawsonality (thepawsonality.com), you agree to these terms.

Products & Custom Orders

  • All products feature AI-generated pet portraits created from photos you upload.
  • You will be shown a preview of the generated portrait for approval before production begins.
  • Once you approve the design, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to reject photos that are inappropriate, offensive, or not of animals.

Photo Upload Requirements

  • You must own the rights to photos you upload, or have permission from the rights holder.
  • Photos should be clear, well-lit, and show your pet's face prominently for best results.
  • We are not responsible for low-quality results from blurry, dark, or low-resolution photos.

Intellectual Property

  • The AI-generated portrait design is owned by The Pawsonality.
  • You receive a personal-use licence for the portrait on your purchased product.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use the portrait design without written permission.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed and charged in USD.
  • We accept payments via major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

The Pawsonality is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
